CGC® is thrilled to offer on-site grading at Card Party East, happening at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida on June 27-29, 2025. Get your TCGs, sports cards and non-sports cards graded and returned by the end of the show! CGC will also be accepting regular submissions of comics, cards, video games and home video collectibles. Plus, there will be giveaways and swag, so be sure to stop by!
Get ready to party harder than ever before, because Card Party is back with two massive events for 2025! Card Party East will be held in Florida in June, while Card Party West will be held in Seattle, Washington in October. Both events offer the ultimate social experience for TCG, sports card and non-sports card enthusiasts. Attendees will find hundreds of vendors and artists, participate in an array of interactive activities and, of course, find thousands of cards to buy, sell and trade! Also, don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet the hobby’s most prominent YouTubers and influencers, including Pat Flynn (DeepPocketMonster), LeonHart, Danny Phantump, SuperDuperDani and more.
CGC will be offering on-site card grading, including CrossOver and ReHolder submissions, on Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28. All you need is a free CGC account to submit for on-site grading, but paid members receive discounts (and other benefits). Learn more and select your membership level here.
On-site card grading submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. CGC expects extremely high demand and space is limited, so submitters are encouraged to submit at the start of the show. If on-site grading submissions need to be cut off early, submissions will still be accepted for grading at CGC headquarters at the regular fees and turnaround times.

Important: Any submissions not picked up by 4 p.m. on Sunday will incur additional shipping and handling fees.

Every day of the show, CGC will also accept regular submissions of comics, cards, video games and home video collectibles to be taken back to its headquarters for certification at regular grading fees, allowing submitters to save one way on shipping! Additionally, autographed comics and cards may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification.
Please take the following steps for Express Drop-off, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a CGC representative:
Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
